How do i act confident if I dont know the concept of confidence since I've never once been confident in my entire life?

I already tried that. it isnt much help because movies are scripted unrealistic portrayals of interaction.
mannerisms are inherently subconscious and I can't control my subconscious behavior.
You develop a since of goals, hobbies, virtues, and outlook and remain adamant on them, and when someone tries encroaching on them you stand your ground.

Confidence stems from completing a goal that is important to you, as well as the things you learn along the way. The more difficult the goal, and the better you complete it, the higher your confidence will be. You have to want it badly though.
