Nothing feels real anymore, even when I'm outside I'm always secondguessing what I see, being reminded that I'm not just an observer. Why do I have to wake up everyday, maybe I'm still sleeping, I just don't know anymore.

"I think therefore I am" is literally the only thing you know for certain. All your senses may be false, everything you see might be fake. But reality is just which world you choose it to be.
For some people mmos are their realities, for most it's the so called "real world".
I don't know if I'm writing this or just imagining this, but I do know I am real.
The rest is just assumption.
You probabily have depersonalisation, look it up. I have this and it fucking sucks. The worst thing about it is that there are no pills that can cure it, or therapy that will actually do anything about it. You just have to wait untill your brains decide to not fuck you over any more.
