It is possible to not judge yourself for being different. You can have a feeling of complete happiness about yourself no matter the circumstances. Then again potentially I have a form of bipolar personality disorder where I honly have hypomania that lasts a few hours multiple times almost every week.

I guess it may be so for most people. I can only feel like this with heavy amounts of drugs/alcohol.

I know many people that have the same issue. i wish I could give you tipps as to how that can be changed but I have no idea. It has just been thid way for me ever since I can remember.
Also I doubt many people are happy without anything happening, ot at least in my social cycle.

Try to value the little things, I almost died when I was born and until the end if elementary school I was told that I would most likely not get older than 16. (disability and shit) then they said that ai had a mutation and I would have an almost normal live expectancy. This helped me a lot to value just... Existing.

Also the fact that I don't believe in an afterlive has something strangely empowering about it.
