I just cut holes for my head and arms in one of those 6 burner barbecue covers. it's kind of like a poncho but it covers my fat gut and instead of having to get up to wash it i can just leave it on for my weekly hose down. can't stain it with chip dust or ranch dressing either, definitely recommended to my fellow /obese/ bros

One thing you hambeasts can do is wear those crazy tight spandex muscle shirts to flatten your gyno and fat. I know Walmart sells cheap brand ones for ten dollars, don't have to shell out for the overpriced Under Armour ones. You can also get a very lightweight hoodie to still wear in the summer and it won't look too out of place nor be too hot, just roll the sleeves up a bit.

Summer is the best time to get fit. I am much more hungry during winter and I fall to chocolate and stuff and I drink a lot. However in summer its easier to drop those things and go jogging a lot or swimming etc.
Every summer I drop at least 10kg and when I actually transformed from a fatty to average I dropped like 20kg during a summer.
I should get a grip during winter though. Getting fatter aint healthy

I usually just wear polo's during summer, with dark colors like grey or black. They don't hide my fat, but they don't show it off either. Also, don't wear tank tops. Just don't fucking do it. Nobody who's fat looks good in them
