Please share your experience with and masturbation addiction and positive experience of abstaining from it.

It took developing chronic injuries from and pain when fapping to get me to stop permanently. At my worst I would fap for several HOURS a day, teasing my tick with a death grip and cumming until my balls were dry and in pain. However, I am grateful, because I finally quit, and fap free abstinent mode is the best mode. I am now addicted to this feeling of clarity, energy, and centeredness instead of masturbating and ejaculating.

Though it varies from each individual, I proclaim that male sexual release is a destructive force he should do without, and that the only way to live on a high level of consciousness, mentally, emotionally and spiritually is to liberate yourself from the acts of voluntary genital arousal and expulsion of semen. Whether as masturbation by yourself, with another or actual intercourse. Not everyone has as bad capacity for addiction to sexual acts, but all will benefit from thier cessation long term and as a permanent lifestyle change.

The 4th week is when you really start to notice changes. What I have been noticing is women smiling at me all the time, and my confidently smiling back. I also initiated eye contact and smiling at women who reciprocated the affection. This was previously unreal to me because I have autism and am not good at making voluntary facial expressions, but somehow it has just been happening naturally. And I am also at the most confident, self righteous and self assured I have ever been in my life.

But I do this for me, not to get a gf or cuddle partner, and I don't even want to have sex, and am too MGTOW to ever get married. If you stop fapping in order to be more attractive to women you will become very frustrated. If you do it for yourself and resolved that your life is the best quality when you completely abstain from voluntary genital stimulation and ejaculation.
