Most places don't want people to fail; they've already put some investment into interviewing you, and don't want it to be wasted.
The drug tests are just a formality, required by the insurance companies to weed out the total failures who can't remain sober for a couple of days.
If you manage to fail a pre-employment test, you have some serious problems with your habits.
