ive been turning on podcasts during work or exercise. i like talk radio sometimes and twitch streams too in the background but those can be more distracting.

i get really productive all of a sudden just randomly once a month or something and thats when i put everything in place or do some cool business deals or whatever. i get a mini boost once a day closer to the evening and ill do like a single thing that i've been putting off and then ill go back to hanging out or fucking around.
