is it actually a date or just hanging out so she can meet people? if its a date where are you gonna go/do? you could see a movie, you wouldn't have to talk during it so you couldn't mess up and then you just talk about the movie after

where do you live? is there somewhere with some kind of activity you could do? going somewhere with no activities, like just dinner, a coffee shop, or a walk through the park can be hard cause all you can do is talk, and itll get awkward if you run out of things to talk about. doing an activity together fills the gaps in conversation and you can just talk about whatever the thing youre doing is, and it makes a bonding experience, even if its something simple like playing pool in a bar.
