Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). There are lots of places that offer it, it's not much more expensive than a normal shrink if you have insurance.
If you can't afford it just get the book. It's only 30 bucks.

Just try to be as comfortable and sober as possible. It can get better if you work at it. I'm 25 now and I'm worlds better than I used to be. You've gotta cultivate good emotional hygiene and try your best to keep yourself grounded at all times. You're probably just depressed anon, all of those behaviours can be attributed to MDD as well as BPD. Go see a psychiatrist if you want, but remember that a diagnosis actually changes fuck all, it won't impact how you feel, and you should trust them to give you the treatment that's appropriate, and to be honest with them.
