This is true, of course. The vast majority of men do have sex with women who want to have sex with them. They may not have it as often as some others, nor may they have it with stunning beauties, but they still do experience sexual affection. Dying a virgin is a privilege reserved for a such a small number of men that it is almost dizzying, especially when you happen to be one of those men.
But, to the OP's original point, there is a fundamental difference between life, liberty and those other charities our enlightened society considers inherent rights and sexual affection.
If a man is hungry, our society can feed him. If a people are enslaved, society can smash their chains. These are all external burdens that can be relieved by external agents.
However, there is nothing society could ever do to make a man desirable if he is not, to magically make a woman want someone that no woman could ever want. Yes, we could have state-sponsored prostitution or something like that, but this would change nothing. The prostitutes would be an act of charity, like welfare or guaranteeing the freedom of those who would be subjugated otherwise.
Because even that state-sponsored prostitute would not desire the men she is offered as charity to. We already have prostitutes after all and, strangely enough, we have men who are still virgins regardless. Because a man doesn't simply want sex, but rather sex with a woman who desires him. Sex with a woman who fights back her urge to vomit as she touches you is a horrifying thought.
Because, when all is said and done, nothing can force a woman to desire you if you are undesirable. If Nature has marked you as one of those tiny few who are truly unwanted, you will remain this way to the grave. God himself couldn't remove that mark. How could a charity or government hope to do what even God cannot?
