Get mason jars, the ones with the tin tops. Pour a little wine in them and just a couple drops of dish detergent. Poke some holes in the top of the tin tops with a screw driver. The flies will fly in through the holes to get to the wine, but the added dish detergent makes it so theres no surface tension so they sink to the bottom of the wine and drown
Get a bug zapper. Killing them with one is fun as hell.
