No, the ratio of beautiful to ugly women is in my opinion the same in every country. I think people say these things but it's like well were you in the city centre on a saturday night? Then obviously all the horrible looking women were out on the street. All the good looking women are in clubs or took a taxi back to chads house. Or they're in pubs/clubs/bars/parties around the university campuses.
Again, I think girls anywhere like foreign guys. If you are not autistic you would be very likely to get laid on a night out in Glasgow.
