I went to college and didn't think about not fucking up.

So I amassed stupid amounts of debt and dropped out.

Now I'm a part time night working wageslave doing my best to get out of my debt.

I mean if you can be competent with systems you can take that type of mindset anywhere I'm decent at math and I work as an inventory manager making $15 an hour with no previous warehouse experience it honestly doesn't require any skill but today's workforce is so incompetent that basic arithmetic is actually a merit in certain industries. I know I'm not wildly successful but I mean it beats flipping burgers while I finish school. I'd think about an apprenticeship in computer languages if I were you since school seems out of reach at the moment and I don't blame you for not wanting to be part of the university system I hope that helps I've felt unmotivated and uninterested before and it's not a great a feeling

I don't know if this is true but I heard that if you are continuing your education your student debt get's I don't know pushed forward so why not take ONE class and take it seriously while building up the income to pay off your debt?
I heard it puts a stop on the interest so I mean you definitely want to do your research but if you're in california I've been told that's how it works it's not ideal but neither is your situation on the plus side you acknowledge that your'e a fuck up most people are oblivious to their stupidity and will never improve

I fucking hate white people so fucking much. I'm glad this shit country is being taken over by muslims and white manlets being cucked by BBC. I welcome it. I can't wait till i get to serve a Muslim emperor and enslave the white race once and for all.
We already have a muslim mayor in London, so the cogs and wheels have started turning.

>mfw detest white people but still: take their benefits, don't work, use their free healthcare, pirate their media, use their free education, their internet to watch interracial cuck porn etc

>and im pedo

I truly love being a leech and plan on continuing it well into my mid 20s. Then just get an easy comfy job at a bookshop.

LITERALLY go fuck yourself white boys I am not grateful for the first world life you are giving me. LITERALLY die for enslaving my race.

I hate the fact I'm mixed, I LITERALLY vomit when I look down and see the vile whiteness mixed in the with the glorious black.

I'm fat and plan on getting fatter while masturbating to white women.

You evil whites treated my race with disrepsect so down with your culture. I've already started donating a percentage of my monthly benifits and my allowance from my working parents to support the construction of mosques and the Muslim community.

Down with the whiteman. Malcom X is my hero and I aim for the Resurrection of the black panthers.

best thing is, there's LITERALLY nothing you can do about it. Physical violence against me results in a hatecrime and you get a lot more years :^)

I will not be a productive member of society and will get good jobs based soley on the fact I'm black by manipulating the white's guilt.
>affirmative action is a thing I can exploit
basically what I'm trying to say is get cucked <:3 [/spoiler[
>>
>>28516326
we're in similar situations then
just really look for ways to buy food in bulk that saves me money I try to be as frugal as possible I don't ever really go out and eat fast food or drink with friends at bars I rather buy $10 worth of some meat and freeze it or the occasional bottle of vodka most people don't understand how much cheaper it is in the long wrong to buy things in bulk and avoid going out I'm not sure if it's the same in Europe but at least in America it's the case
>>
>>28516425

>>
>>28516364
well I mean are girls really that important to you at this stage in your life? the way I see it I'm investing in myself and building a foundation for myself that no girl can take away later. When I'm older and have everything together I'll worry about dating and stuff but I mean all this sacrifice I'm making now I'm not just gonna give it away to some Stacy that's my mindset I don't think any external person could ever make me feel as good as just making it in life and not wanting for things could ever make me feel
>>
>>28516671

i dont really long for a gf desu i just hate the fact that im sure that there is no woman that desires me.
>>
>>28516575
so have you already done it?
because five years in interest on any debt
you're just burning money
do you think it's unrealistic to save up enough money in five years to pay off your debt in full? I mean it will take sacrifice and it wont be fun but at least you'll get it over with
>>
>>28516671
The ideal is to have a partner during both of your times of growth and "making it." When you make it together, when she stays with you through your worst and you through hers, it makes the relationship stronger. She's not going to leave you if you lose a job in the future if she's been with you since you were making minimum wage.
>>
>>28515383
Full time wageslave with 20,000 pounds in savings. I'm wondering why I'm working full time since I'm saving about 500pounds a month.
>>
>>28516762
Obviously that's not ideal, but keep going man. Think of long term stability, not having to rent or whatever. It's all about the long game.
>>
40$ in tf2 bp
>>
>>28516669
I don't know I guess I'm used to it there's some sense of pride in me being so cheap all the time I can picture myself having a lot of money and still clipping coupons and pinching pennies there's almost no middle class in America anymore and I sure as hell wasn't born into it
another thing that will save you alot of money is avoiding girls and having kids just how expensive is a pound of beef in Europe on average? because I can get a really decent steak for about $7 and it'll last me at least 2 meals assuming I want to gorge myself with that much meat
>>
>>28515383
I have 0$ to my name
>>
>>28516730
Yeah, I started paying last year.

Not sure which loans you took out, but I thought most of the government-funded ones deferred interest. In the end I only had ~$1,000 in accrued interest, since I took some kind of emergency deferral thing that was 5-6 months. So most of it was the principal.

I'm hoping to pay it off before the full 10 years if that's what you mean. It just depends on how much you have/how much your school costs. I took out extra every semester to do things like pay rent and buy vehicles, so I acknowledge that my loan is excessive ($30k). I'm still thinking I can get it paid off in five years with income tax returns.
>>
>>28516725
that doesn't even make sense
are you trying to get women to like you?
honestly I disregard women and I think it frustrates them that a 4/10 guy doesn't put them on a pedestal they kind of go out of their way to either avoid me or get a smile out of me why would it affect you if you don't want a gf?
>>

I guess I'm just a bad person because
in my head I want to do it on my own so i don't owe some girl anything later on so she can't divorce me and take half of my things and force me to start over. I mean say I like a girl now in 15 years she'll be older and probably boring to me and in 15 years I'll be able to get a younger girl why settle for what I can afford now? when later on I can get something better
if that makes any sense
of course I will acknowledge that I'm not particularly interested in love or a soul mate just a kind of pretty face interchangeable trophy
>>
>>28516855

i have potential, and its great to be loved.

Depends on how I manage what I've put aside, but I guess I'm able to get by until autumn.
Been unemployed since early spring and just can't seem to get hired.

Protip everyone:
work experience in field you're applying to > university degree
>>
>>28516882
no I definately overestimated how much money you make
maybe it's time to get a better paying job?
I was putting in applications every lunch hour before I got the job I'm at now at some point I convinced myself that I was worth more than I was being paid just looking around at how much harder I worked than my co workers and that's what drove me to just keep trying with countless applications until someone finally called me in I lied and said I was making more money than I actually was and they wanted me enough that the beat that fictitious amount by a dollar I'm somewhat satisfied now but eventually I'll get sick of it again and you just have to know your worth and if you feel worthless well shit get a skill or there's always someway to improve yourself but it sounds like you're on the right track
>>
I have about $1300 in the bank. But thats just because I recently got my taxes back. I'm sure I'll drink it all away soon.
>>
>>28516955
I don't think I've ever been "loved" outside of my family and that's enough for me again I really don't mind my treatment like I said some girls completely avoid me and some of them try to get a response out of me I'm just indifferent to girls in general girls are so much easier to deal with when you've agreed to just not have any interest in fucking them or being their friend
>>
>>28516967
what's the benefit to that type of relationship.
to me what you're describing is like I don't know Disney channel shit it's nice to look at but superficial I don't think girls have the traits I look for in a friendship and I'm not looking to play the lottery with my life to try and find "the one"
>>
>>28517157
Do you want to have kids? That's the main benefit. A lifelong partner who you would want your offspring to share genes with, who could raise them as well as you could, who you would trust with them in the case of your death.

>>28517116

How much was the car loan initially? Has it been worth it?
>>
>>28517209
no I don't want kids
as a man raised in America I see no benefit to having a wife and kids when I hear guys say that it just translates to
>I want to have extra responsibility, stress and commitments in my life for the rest of my life
and frankly I just don't want bust my ass to pay for a girl to lay around my house on facebook snapchatting pictures of herself while my kids are off in there rooms doing there own thing for years and years
what's the appeal to that?
>>
>>28517277
You wouldn't have that in the relationship I described. It's about being equals. There's no reason for the woman to stay at home and do nothing. Why wouldn't you seek out someone who has drive and goals for her life, if you do too? But you'd already said you want a "trophy," and a trophy wife is exactly the type to sit around with nothing to do.
>>
About $5,200 in my checking account right now. $6,500 in savings.
>>
>>28515972
You at least get SOME money back when you sell a house. When you rent, you are giving money away you can never get back.
>>
>>28517274

Around $14000.

Yes, it is very convenient to own one. Walking or taking the bus sucks really.

But it's basically a pit for money. Even when nothing is going wrong you still have to piss away money on things like winter tires, cleaning it, fuel, etc.
>>
>>28517315
because girls are deceitful and the moment they get a ring and key to my house all of a sudden al there ambition and drive and determination dissapears again I won't waste my time playing the lottery on something I don't even want at least it'll be someone else paying for the maintenance of my future trophy girls cause I sure as hell wont

>>28517369
no you don't you aren't figuring in the cost of mandatory home owners insurance

You know some seriously different people than I do. I don't even know anyone who actually admires the Kardashians or watches their show, only people who mock them or have no clue who they are.
>>

oh yeah? what kind?
anger shit?
suicide?
something weirder and less common? I have work to do and I'm just on /r9k/ looking for an excuse to not do my work

>parents make you pay rent and utilities
Fuck that. At least you don't have to work though.
>>
>>28517486
Are you ignoring the fact that some people have landlocked jobs?

I can rent just fine. It's the fact that there are very, very few apartments that offer significant square footage. After a certain amount, I can't even find apartments that large. And I want to live in a very large space, because I have a shit ton of stuff.

Why would I pay more to live in a smaller space? I would rather live on lots of lands with a home than packed into a tiny apartment surrounded by other people.

I live in California maybe that's the problem
it's in my 5 year plan to get the fuck out of here
but still I don't think my viewpoints will change to much just based on the scenery I want to assume that you're in the minority but I could be wrong

>>
>>28517588
interesting I feel like I have that minus the desire to be close to others I infact have the desire to be almost exclusively alone in social situations and work and shit.

so this is a condition that justifies disability
what do you get a month if you don't mind me asking
>>
>>28517589
I already live in one of the cheapest large cities in the USA. I don't think you're getting what I'm saying either. I make a plenty good salary, but I don't see WHY I should spend so much for housing, when I can have something better for cheaper.

I get that landlords do the maintenance, but is there really going to be twice as much as the mortgage even is every month in that? It's one-third the cost to live in a house larger than most apartments ever are. It just seems like a way to piss away your money.

When the choice is renting a $2000/mo apartment at 1,400 sq ft or a 1,600 sq ft home for a $800 mortgage (plus taxes and insurance), I'm asking why it makes sense to pick the former. That's how housing is where I am.

The store I work at is closing, but they're paying me for a month after my last day. I haven't started applying at other places yet, because I don't know where I want to go from here. I might just be a neet for a month or so, since I have enough to get by on.

10k saved up , 7k worth of available credit, 401k set up as well. But Im just a wage slave.
>>
>$25000 annual salary
>$10000 in savings from 2 or 3 years
>$6000 in material possessions (car, watches etc)
I still live at home with no prospects of moving out though, the minimum rent here (UK) for a 1 bed apartment is $1700 and I earn that much a month.

Looking forward to when I have a few more years experience in my role and can move somewhere different, my career pays a flat rate throughout the UK so I could get a 2 or 3 bedroom house and still have cash left over if I lived further from London.

Wageslave. Have around 5 grand saved up. Don't make enough to afford my own place.

Wageslaving and still living at home is easily the worst of all the possible employment/living situation combinations.

pretty low on GBPs to be honest

About $5,000 in bank account and $40,000 in debt. If I hadn't fallen for the college meme and wageslaved from the start I would probably have around $25,000 now instead of -$35,000.

you ought to use it to build credit. not that you should really need credit based on your savings right now but it may come in handy if your situation improves

>>28515986
surprised you don't have tesla stock tbhonest. might as well sell and go on a vacation or something

>>28516082
pay off your card every month, don't use more than 35% of your available credit.

if you have good income and are a recent graduate, you may qualify for 0% interest. if you beat the dealership up on price and get a 0% financing, you will be set for several years. i would suggest a honda civic or toyota corolla. good vehicles with retarded good resale value.

financing a vehicle will do good things for your credit as long as you pay on time

under no circumstances should you buy a brand new vehicle. 90% of the people i see trade vehicles in are upside down. buy something about 3 years old in good condition and drive that.

if you MUST buy a new car do one of more of the following
>0% financing
>finance for the shortest term possible
>do your fucking research and try to get a vehicle at or below invoice

the idiot probably fell for the "brand new car" or "lease" meme like hundreds of thousands of idiots before him. it is a scam second only to college, although I shouldn't talk because I fell for the college meme. Maybe I'm a bigger idiot. At least I'm in the black, not owing 15 bucks.
