God damn it I knew it was worse than I thought. I was making good progress on my diet months ago. almost made it to 130 lbs, but then I fell off when I was in the hospital and haven't been back on since.

I advise you to eat a lot of caloric stuff like butter and neckbeard garbage. That's how i gained weight.
