Take zzquil instead mate

It knocks you the fuck out and gives you crazy dreams, but you feel groggy as fuck in the morning, which defeats the purpose. I want to sleep better so that I don't feel tired during the day.

I would not recommend if some Jew Dr is prescribing it to you "off label" for sleep. It makes your brain foggy, really tired in the AM and when I was taking it I gained 30 lbs I lost almost immediately after I stopped

50 seems like a lot, try once and see how it goes
