I think you may have missed the point of Thomas the Tank, anon. Why not instead recast them as subway trains and have the bomberman train detrail at high speed at some huge central station in New York (Grand Central? Not American, so stab in the dark here) loaded with explosives and take out the city block, or something?
It would be pretty good if you can somehow introduce a remix of that "ISIS song" that memespewers on /v/ have in the past incorporated into random clips. A fair few of those are pretty funny and it could work for a nice impact.
