How common is it for prostitutes to speak english?

I just watched some videos of hidden camera involving prostitutes in Germany, Romania, Austria and many did not speak proper english or english at all.

I don't want to walk in saying hi and be asked if i speak german 10 times. And i do not like well organised brothels. I wish to have a hooker to my hotel room where i feel safe.

I've been to plenty of brothels in Germany. English has never been a problem. In fact the east Europeans speak it better than German.
