It's funny because I'm an auto mechanic and terrible with computers. I have to get my 70 year old dad to explain electronics stuff to me sometimes. My hobbies are stuff like doing trackdays in my car, hiking, and downhill skiing. I dress like a mannequin at Banana Republic, too.
But because I wear glasses, people assume I'm a big geek, gamer, play D&D, shit like that.

I know a couple guys who wear glasses and seemingly in an effort to get away from the nerd image, they lift weights, get into fights and are generally obnoxious. So I guess you're not alone.
