Magnesium is a pretty important mineral. Its not in a lot of foods, definitely nothing Americans eat a lot. Getting the proper amount can make someone feel better in a lot of ways.

Indeed it is. I'd been eating very healthy for a long time, but I'd been ignoring digsetion issues for far too long which likely blocked magnesium absorption.

Simply buy a load of epsom salt. I got a 5kg bag. Used about 1kg (though normally you'd use a lot less). Then soak for 20-30 minutes. This is literally one bath I had and I'm transformed
