How does a lazy fuck motivate himself to workout every day?

Because being skinnyfat is not attractive
You don't really need to work out every day. I go 3-4 times a week, for 30-60 minutes, depending on how I'm feeling. Then again, I have no real fitness goals.
I just like to get the blood flowing, maybe eventually conquer the pullup with no assistance.
