you fill that in to the best of your ability, not just one line replies, you also send a doctors note in with it, but not actually with it, you need to find which jc to send your doc note in to.
theres 2 esa groups, support and wrac work related activites group.
to be in the support group you need to be getting support ie treatment long term.
for wrag you still have to see an adviser every so often and they see in what way they can help you like social worker, support groups etc.

When I was really young kid, I used to think that when you die, your body breaks apart and you turn into a million little maggots. I had no idea that maggots were just laid by flies who were attracted to the dead bodies.

my job centre were absolute cunts that treated us all like subhuman pieces of shit, and that they were high and mighty gods who fed the peasants. i got threatened by them that i would be called in every day of the week, having to travel 13 miles with no car and only jsa to afford buses, and they signed me up for loads of shitty services that treat you like dirt too. I had to take a fucking keystage 2 math test and english test at one of these things then leave for my jsa appointment, luckily id had half a bottle of jack before getting there and followed it up with a bottle of schmitt whilst waiting for my appointment, so nice and toasty that i walked out, said some shit and got banned from the job centre (i left my wallet and phone there too and the fuckers went through my wallet and took out my last 20 quid)
But is it really gonna be worth it on esa? you'd probably get shit rates without other disabilities, plus theyll push you to sign up with shitty help services that take 6 months to get simple shit done. not to mention all the pip and sda you'd have to work out, so it turns into a fucking waiting game, stayign at home all day every day, same appointments, same loneliness, same websites, its a fucking mad cycle that makes you worse and worse and fucks with your mind madly until you start yearning to just be happy for once.
