I have no idea when or what happened but other people can't understand me and i have a hard time understanding them. I have no idea where my life is going or what happens around me. It feels like i'm getting more and more isolated each week.

Do you mean a physical verbal barrier like you might experience with someone who has a heavy accent? Or is it more like they don't understand the "concept" of what you're saying and vise versa?

When i listen to people there is almost nothing coming out. I understanf them perfectly but theyre not saying anything. And when i talk to people they respond like theyre talking to themselves or they get violent or confused.

I've been experiencing this to some extent as well, for the past three years or so.
Wish I knew how to fix it. I'm a seeing a psychologist, but it hasn't been very helpful.
