I work in a theater, ask me anything.
First off just let me get this out of the way. Yes the stories are true, we really do change the "you must be this tall to enter the theater" stand whenever we see a single man or group of men that score below a 7 on our attractiveness sensors enters the establishment. We have an usher that has two stands for height, one that goes to 4ft (for children, women, the elderly, couples, etc.) and one that says "you must be at least 7ft" for people that we're not LEGALLY allowed to keep out but would scare the other patrons.
Also the locker room, I get alot of questions about that. Let me just get this out of the way. We don't steal EVERYONES items. When you put your possessions in your designated locker we match your theater ID to your facial ID from when you entered and put you in front of a panel of female employees. If they deem you unacceptable we have one of the ushers unlock your locker and take the items to our fence. If you want to know more about him I can't tell you, he's not our employee but he's hired by the theater guild to sell stolen items for us
