Today, I went out to get a referral to a mental health place so I can hopefully get meds to treat my ADHD so I can become more consistent at videogames.

I have to leave the house once a week to buy drugs, alcohol, and food.
I go to gym almost every day, sometimes will take a break. Barely talk to anyone though and yesterday someone broke into my locker and stole all the cash I had with me. There are many scumbags at the gym.

I step outside just to get some fresh air every once in a while, but today is the last time I went outside in a while since I had to go to the dentist.
Posting this from work. That is pretty much the only reason outside of buying groceries and alcohol that I leave my apartment.
I recently became a wagecuck so I leave nearly every day.
When I was NEET I would only leave the house for haircuts.
