I was the perfect date, tenfold out of her league by any objective standard. I felt kinda pathetic even being seen out in public with her, but I was willing to give it a go if it meant losing my virginity and/or ending my loneliness.
An hour after our date ended, she sent me this text:

I think the worst part is that my oneitus was out with her bf and saw me with this ham planet. I could tell she was holding back laughter when she said hello and the bf was looking smug as hell.
