I did nearly 100 Bruce Lee style pull ups, 40 those push ups that are like the opposite of pull ups and work your triceps (they are weak rn), 100 leg claps, and stretched my legs to the core. I'm looking to become as strong as Bryce Lee and I am gonna train myself in fighting for a while before I take various martial arts classes.

I'm gonna train on a punching bag and what not. Right now, I need to get my stretch up and I need to be able to do a split. I'm hoping to mainly use my legs so I need them to be flexible.

Also, if any of you robots know, my back is insanely offset in muscle mass department. Just from a look at my back, left side is small and not much muscle. The right side is a lot bigger and has a more muscly look. How do I fix it? If I look in the mirror, my sides look like pic related to give an idea.

Yeah I'm doing all sorts of workouts. For pull ups I started using power 75%on the left.

Carrying weights on walks also works. Get a backpack and fill it with objects, NOT weights, to the desired weight and take a 3 mile walk or so. Make sure you push your shoulders up and don't let them slouch. I call it a passive workout.
