Is it normal that my motor skills are degrading while NEET? Been NEET for a few months now, im doing literally nothing but watch tv and phonepost. I can physically feel my motor skills are getting worse. I drop stuff all the time, i have trouble walking straight, everything is getting worse. And i dont do drugs or alcohol at all.
Is this normal? Does it come back when i go back into a normie life or is this permanent damage?
