My daily run is about 5km. It used to be a lot shorter, because I was trying to build my speed up, but I kept gaining weight so I figured I had to do something about it.
I should probably start getting changed.

I do free weights and a 3.4 km run everyday. I recently quit smoking and drinking coffee and soda pops.

Face is easy to get through surgery. Cardio is important but only for health marathon runners look like shit. Women prefer the fat fight Club body type, supposedly. Easy as fuck to get. I prefer Frank Zane but I'll settle for that awkward spot between otter and athletic mode. As long as top 4 abs are visible you're good. When I'm better off I will do lots of drugs and hit 210lbs and 10%. I'll never cycle though. Once I'm on its blast and cruise till I rip in peace.

This is undeniable though. Assuming both have perfect form the bigger guy will have more mass, automatically stronger punch there, but also will be literally stronger. Bigger guys are likely bigger because of fast twitch fibers, so they also punch faster and reach maximal contraction faster. The only other thing is air resistance.

Exactly, which is why weigjt brackets are a thing.
However training always trumps mass. A guy who spends eight hours a week hitting the heavy bag will always punch harder and faster than a guy who weight trains eight hours a week.

How many punches do you need to throw? Size is a deterrent to begin with. Even in a fight they don't go for rounds irl. You throw a few punches until friends break it up or someone is KO'd. Also one on one is all about groundwork anyway.

This is probably the truest post ITT. IRL fights can be decided in an instant, just need to land one good punch and then the guy is either knocked out or is reeling in pain trying to recover (at which point the other guy jumps on him and wails on him even more til the gathering crowds bust out their phones scream WORLSTAR).
If you feel like something can go down, keep your arms up. Don't do it aggressively, keep them close to your chest and face in case a nigga decides to try and sucker punch you.
