ive been lifting for like 3 years now. im 19 and i used to be fatass mode, im losing fat and my bicep vein is becoming visible, shoulder vein, top 2 abs and an outline of the middle 2. but i still have tits, it sucks

I've lost a 100 pounds, and gotten healthy. But I still have saggy hanging man breasts. I don't know why my body had to collect so much fat around that area, it's unfair. They've been a huge source of anxiety for me ever since puberty and is why I never wear t-shirts in public. I just want them to go away. But to do that I'd have to start working out in a gym, and I could never shower around people looking like this.
OP, trust me when I say, I'd fucking kill for your moobs. They're nothing at all to be ashamed of. You can still wear t-shirts and look normal.
It has to do with estrogen rich foods and lack of powerlifting excersise.

Do the exercises 3 times a week and they'll get smaller. I was in the same boat OP. Buying your own weights is pretty cheap if you're scared to go to a gym
