Guys, if you scored really low on the test it doesn't necessarily mean you have autism. You could be affected by other mental disorders. Sociopathy, borderline personality, that kind of thing. It just means you're lacking in empathy for some reason.

It doesn't have to be either of those. I'd say there's a good deal of randomness to how the score comes out depending on how you personally interpret the questions, which are far from unambiguous. Lacking confidence in your own intuition, or answering so that no self-serving bias is evident can also make you come out less empathic than you are.

This test requires for a person to be honest to himself which most humans can't do. I think such a test can only be completed by a family member or a person which knows you extremly well but than again i'm socially akward with no friends and i don't talk to people.
