Start doing useful things, before 'no shit sherlock' that trully is all there is to it. The secret is start slow and not to many changes at the same time.
Aka either start lifting or playing an instrument this month. Not both, and not much of whatever you chose either.
Don't burn out, just keep doing it until it becomes a habit, once that happens add something else.

just uninstall everything and dont go online first thing in the morning. Make a plan, write down everything you need to do and start off with the first thing. Cross it out once its done and move onto the next.
