Any of you have any advice on how to stop porn addiction? Ive read a few old virgins that they felt better finally once they let go of sex, im really bad like ive cumsharked before and i need to stop. Ive deleted porn multiple times but i always go back, and when i dont i get fucking aggressive with girls, which doesnt work cuz im not chad. How can i fucking stop?!

OP here, figured it died, and i want to stop both, and yeah ive tried just not doing porn but i dont have a porn addiction like that i can still get hard and off normally bit stopping porn ill still jerk off in public. I need to stop both

that's worse than me then. I know my only problem is with porn and it's more of a dependency than an addiction.
I've never needed to fap nonstop and multiple times a day or even every day, it's just that when I do I need porn. It helped a lot to just take 2 week breaks after a few days of fapping, which I've done for the past 2 months. And for me I just never even had any sexual urges after a few days off. Obviously though it's easier for me than some people
