Now my shit has dried in there and due to some weird ass pipe system, not only can they not be washed out but the stench has infected the entire house.

If you're too pussy for bleach, then just pour kettle after kettle of boiling hot water down the drain, it will eventually liquify the shit and wash it away. I've used similar technique on (non-shit) drains in my bathtub.

Not a plumber but I imagine that it's more than just the U pipe that needs to be fixed. Any pipe that's come in contact with human feces has to be replaced and that might involve digging or pulling up floor boards

Pipes for everything but the toilet are incredibly narrow. Unless you're shiting coco pebbles or you have pure liquid diarrhea, feces will clog the pipe immediately. Even then you risk clogging because Shit is more viscous than water
