That's a remarkably healthy and well adjusted INTP that has taken on many healthy ENTP traits.
An INTJ that healthy would likely be mistaken for an extrovert, so would every other introverted type. xNTPs have one of the most introverted function stacks hence why a lot of ENTPs are introverts.
Compare the functions of an ISFP to an INTP and I'm pretty sure ISFPs will seem like the far more likely candidate for extroversion.
