Anxiety thread?
Feel like I need to dumb some words about shit that's been going on with panic attacks and shit but don't want to essentially like, just journal on r9k if no one else is gonna talk about anything.

Little bump for hope.
Just want someone to share experiences with anxiety with.
My anxiety is terrible. I can't even go outside anymore unless I'm drunk because it feels like jumping through a wall of fire just to walk out the door.
>Tfw had anxiety but was never too bad, could still do things.
>Have one panic attack.
>Suddenly crippling anxiety all day, panic attacks out the whazoo, constantly afraid I'm going to die, have a panic attack, or let my anxiety get to the point that I feel like I'm going crazy.
Been one hell of a month.
always had it . ruined my life till this day.
