anyone know how to stop acne? its ruining my life
There's nothing besides harsh chemicals that you need to go get from a doctor, but that wont take away the scarring or really fix the issue long-term.
I am afraid this is just something you'll have to accept (like being a manlet).

It's basically a long-ish (4-10 steps) routine that you fully tailor towards your skin's needs using mostly Asian products. I'd read some stuff about it and if you have some money try to start off very slowly and very carefully to not make your skin any worse than it is now.
I had a lot of things wrong with my skin (not just acne, like ugly pores, acne marks, etc) and I look ALIVE now.

hey op! for basics, you need a cleanser and a moisturizer. good ones are cetaphil or cerave. asian/ korean skincare products are nice too, and you should use pinple cream (benzoyl peroxide). then as you get comfortable with your cleanser & moisturizer, add more products slowly, one at a time. i recommend Stridex because it has salicylic acid and a clay mask or a sheet mask once in a while. look into aha and bha. super simplified; aha helps improve skin texture, bha gets gunk out. also, mizon recovery snail gel is a good super light moisturizer if you have oily skin, and even if you don't, it healed my pimples quickly. there are usually some skincare generals on /fa/

Benzoyl Peroxide for starters, if you can get that over the counter and you don't have severe acne it's worth a try. If you have to get a script, go for the antibiotics first, Doxycycline or whatever alternative antibiotics they prescribe. Maybe Epiduo in combination with the antibiotics if it's really bad.
If they don't work, go back for a referral to a dermatologist and get Accutane.
