Dubs are universally bad or at the very least inferior to the original product. The important part of voices isn't just being able to directly understand the words spoken. It's emotion, timing, inflection, etc. Dubs will always without fail be a significant distance from the original view of the creator. Usually hideously so. The subs are there so you can understand what they're saying and not have to listen to some 40 year old fat white women voice a 16 year old girl.
