First of all, you don't know when/if any of these characters have ultimate at all. You only know AFTER he's pumping you full of automated aim pulses.
Second, we've somehow entered an era where games have built in AIMBOT to AIM FOR YOU in a game about AIMING at people and killing them.
It's just absurd. The game doesn't hold your hand ; It basically picks you up and carries you.
