Nothing. Posture doesn't matter. Well, it does, but your posture is indicative of who you are to some extent. So, if you try to have good posture just please others and not feel critical about yourself, you're actually choosing to be weak.
Basically, if you want better posture, correct what's causing you to have bad posture so that it's genuine.
