I do my nose every 3 days or so. It's a very satisfying feeling. You should know that you will probably get pimples that form though. After you squeeze out the black head stuff, your glands will overproduce that oil and bacteria will try to eat it, leading to a pimple. It happens every once in a while when I squeeze out my black heads and white heads on my nose and surrounding my nose. Those are the worst pimples too and they last for a long time. If you're unlucky enough to get a pimple on your nostril, it really hurts.
