Just give it time.
You don't "cure" it. Medications (supposedly) lessen its impact on your life, and therapy just gives you ways to cope.
One thing that's helped me though is to smile at people. No matter how fugly and autistic you look, people will often smile back. So somewhere between giving yourself a placebo (smiling though you aren't happy), and being surrounded by people smiling as you pass them, you might start to feel better.
