Ya, absolutely. June July and August are generally the only months your going to want to get in the water for extended periods of time though.
Theres plenty of smaller lakes and creeks you can wade in throughout the year too.

Why all the snowy themed pictures? Do you people not live in an area of the world that gets snow? Because snow fucking sucks. And it's cold as shit out all the time so unless you're next to a constant heat source enjoy cold hands and feet.
