Most likely, yes. Unless you literally COULD NOT urinate there was not a real problem and you had a normal, tight and long kid's foreskin that would have matured along with the rest of your penis with time.
And even if there was a real problem (as in you couldn't pee due to the foreskin orifice closing up--a similar thing called labial adhesion can happens to girls when their labia blocks their urethra--and this is treated conservatively), there would have been a way to fix it without chopping off your entire foreskin.

No prob bro. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. For clarity's sake, I should stress I'm not a doctor but I've done tons of secondary research on experiments and studies that WERE done by doctors. Unfortunately even today a lot of doctors know fuck all about the foreskin and its normal development.
Doctors that know/knew a lot about it are Adrienne Carmack, George Denniston, the late John Taylor, Morris Sorrells, Christopher Guest and a lot of others I can't think of right now.
They've done lots of either firsthand or secondhand research on the functions of the foreskin and have concluded that circumcising kids is pretty much a god awful idea because it removes an important part of the penis and it's virtually always unnecessary.
