Use the money to make a surrogate designer baby. Then get the govt to pay for your accommodation as a single parent.
You could use this to start to build passive income. For example with 15k here you can nearly max out an interest savings account which yield around 2.5-3% tax free monthly interest, a few percent of 15k is not bad at 375 a month so your earning about 4.5k a year just from your money simply existing. 375 is about 1/2 of a decent place to rent in my country so whilst its not amazing its still decent and you can work a basic job whilst allowing this passive income to build. I don't know about you OP but I do think its possible with savings and putting your money to work you can retire early or at least lead a less stressful life financially. Personally this is my goal to build a strong passive income and put my savings to work whilst also working hard and then eventually get a house or something.
