I quit practically all sugar, sodas, bread, eat only white rice, some fruits, meat, potatoes, eggs, salad, fish and pasta (without any sausages or condiments of any kind)
Been like this the last months and will probably the rest of my life and if I eat dairy, caffeine, and many other foods I get diarrhea and therefore anemia.
