I think I should stop wearing it. I got a bite guard with my braces to "fix" my "overbite" and the retainer keeps the bite guard's damage from being undone and it feels REALLY unnatrual. I have a deep bite (overbite?). Having my teeth together while my mouth is closed feels weird and my entire face looks short while doing it and my lower jaw retracts a lot.
