today is my 4th day or so. i'm at 325 pounds but hope im on the right track now. i've been on a 15 minutes walk today and yesterday. todays food were

Sauerkraut (provided it's made correctly) is also super low in calories but filling because of all of the sodium. A cup fills me up for a long time and is only 30 calories the way that I make it.

I had disordered eating for a long time and carrots, bananas and cabbage was always my safe food. I would eat a banana in the morning then I would come home from school and just make a small salad with shredded up carrots and cabbage and that's it. But I was always full because if I got hungry I'd just have a little more cabbage.

That's a very admirable diet OP, go for it. Don't be afraid to add a few lean meats and whole grains (eg. brown rice) in the future. Don't listen to idiots like >>28424974 though because at 325lb you are at risk of high blood pressure and adding salt to anything is not advisable.

But anyway, keep it up and as a rule of thumb, the less processed a food is, the healthier it is. What this means is that you can still have sauces and stuff to flavour your food, so long as you make it yourself. You'd be amazed at how much sugar is in pre made sauces from the store.

Some chicken and a shiton of GREEN veggies will make you full for hours for less than 400 calories, eat green veggies only and go low on carbs, avoid all sugar.

If you are too much of a fatass you can have a MAINTANCE day once every 2 weeks or more, you eat junk food for one meal but without fucking your daily calories.

One cup of oats is like 400 calories, plus 150-200 of fruits, you could just eat eggs, lowfat bacon and veggies for the same ammount of calories.

thanks for the suggestions. i haven't really decided on how i'll eat and how i'll exercise, but i didn't really think i'd skip meat altogether. i'll introduce it as soon as possible. at this point i am mostly amazed about how easily i could go over to this vegetable diet. i feel full most of the time. it's awesome.

Definitely a good start, just remember to count the calories of every single thing that goes in your mouth. Protein powder can have a lot of calories

Don't get discouraged when you don't see results in a few weeks, it's taken years for you to get this fat, expect to put the same amount of time in to fix it.

If you keep doing what you're doing, while slowly increasing your level of exercise, you'll get there

Oh and if you ever feel like saying fuck it I'll have a cheat day, it's a holiday, I'm on vacation etc so why not, just go to a /fit/ fat hate thread and think about how all those stories are about people who also constantly think that

Yo I just drink lots and decimated my carb intake. Still eat a mac n cheese with weiners, or similar a few times a week just cause I need to shove a lot of quick food in my face before I go to work at night.

Somehow I lose 1kg a week. Can't explain it must be the jogging meme, I'm 7 weeks into couch to 5k.

I used to think I would always be really fat.

I got down to 160 lbs. Being 5'7" I'm right on the line of being considered overweight but I think I look pretty good except for having a small pouch on my waist which is partly made up of loose skin. Can't really see it when I wear clothes though.

I also have a broad chest and shoulders which helps too. I wear size 32-34 pants and small shirts.

I've maintained this weight for 2 years now. And I don't eat healthy either. I just eat around 2000 calories a day and walk a couple of days a week. I also drink 3-4 glasses of water a day. Helps to keep me full.

No, I don't diet. I faste and morning cardio. I have become proficient enough with a jump rope to burn more calories in 30 minutes than two hours of jogging. I do this every morning before I hit the shower, it was hard at first, but now I have a order of operations for doing things in a way that suits me. I eat mostly what I want, but I make dinner for the whole weak on tuesdays, so I just make it healthy and freeze down what I can't finish in three days.

But if you have something that works for you then keep at it, because getting a new habit is bothersome. I'm glad that when I made my habit I made it smart, not hard.

Also, you should read yaoi and learn from the yaoi ideal of beauty. It would guide and inspire you, in addition to turn you full bi, wich is an advantage.

I am completely broke and making what I have left last as long as possible.

Yesterday (390 calories)

I've been eating between 50 to 400 calories a day for 5 months. I lost 100 pounds in that time. I get 0 exercise and lay in bed 24 hrs a day. For me raw lettuce is a meal, a spoon of peanut butter is a meal, a piece of bread is a meal, a handful of dry cereal is a meal, a piece of cheese is a meal, i once spent 30 minutes eating a single chicken nugget because it was like royalty for me, it's fun living like an idiot. My lifestyle uses so little energy that if I don't fast for a few days it feels like I'm eating too much.

although i've lost 100 pounds i haven't lost weight in 2 months for some reason, maybe my metabolism is completely fucked
