Started the year at 220 pounds, currently 185
But I've been losing some muscle too, I haven't been working out the past couple weeks because I've been taking care of my family's new puppy. Not a big deal though because I'm going for ottermode anyway.

I'm 5'7ish, used to be about 320lbs. A year later I'm 220lbs but quite a bit of it is muscle. Just keep working at it man, you'll get healthy in no time. Honestly the real hard part is accepting when women are hitting on you. I thought they were fucking with me for the longest time.
