I do the same thing. I wrote about a page on Microsoft word and stopped because I actually don't know anything about writing. I just have the great idea and no way to express it.

they made a film on an iphone now, you can do it. the sound part is hard but you can figure it out. or just start out with a silent film with a voice over narrator or something.
editing will be tricky but you can make it happen if you work at it.

Realistically, your chances of getting a move made based off your script is next to nothing. But if nothing else, you can turn it into a hobby. At least it's something productive even if the chances of it going anywhere are slim.

Basically the problem of the "idea" guy.
I have a great concept, but don't know anything about character structure or development, my grammar isn't that great in terms of writing something of that length, etc. There's a lot of things I would do wrong and not sure how to stretch a simple concept out into a fully fleshed world and story.
