Typecasting is also a thing in live action, and character designs are not made to fit the voice actor unless it's an original project and they've already decided on the actors. And I've never heard of that ever happening. Maybe it has happened, but it would be very uncommon. There's no reason to design characters around the actors.

I've tried several times, i have so much free time as a neet and sometimes playing videogames and watching youtube gets old after a while.
I love anime music, i play osu 4 hours a day, i know 30+ anime intros/outros yet the only animes i've seen are attack on titan, sayonara setsubou sensei, and ano natsu de materu, and the only one i truly enjoyed was attack on titan.
